Commanders vs Packers
Washington looked physical in Week 1, dominated the line of scrimmage, and turned short fields into points while forcing timely stops. Green Bay showed flashes but struggled with protection and red zone efficiency. This is a trench matchup and homefield energy does not erase the value of the points. Pick: Commanders +3.5

Rams vs Titans
Los Angeles leaned on its top receiver in Week 1 and generated chunk plays through the passing game, while Tennessee had trouble sustaining long drives and finishing inside the 20. Fewer possessions and methodical drives point to a low scoring game. Pick: Under 41.5

Steelers vs Seahawks
Pittsburgh produced several quick scoring drives in Week 1 and looked capable of flipping field position in bursts. Seattle’s offense was slow to find rhythm and left opponents with too many short fields. The combined scoring should clear the 40 point mark. Pick: Over 40

Bears vs Lions
Chicago showed fight inside the 20 and did enough to keep drives alive, while Detroit piled up yardage but struggled to convert in the red zone. Six points buys value backing the Bears to stay within striking distance late. Pick: Bears +6

Patriots vs Dolphins
New England played disciplined situational football in Week 1 and limited explosive plays, while Miami had protection problems and costly mistakes. Whoever wins the line of scrimmage controls this game. I trust the Patriots to pull the upset outright. Pick: Patriots ML

Cowboys vs Giants
Dallas looked like it wanted to shorten games and control tempo in Week 1. New York showed protection issues and third down problems in its opener. Fewer possessions and conservative drives point to a lower total. Pick: Under 44.5

Saints vs 49ers
San Francisco managed the clock and stayed efficient on offense in Week 1, while New Orleans left drives unfinished and struggled to sustain long possessions. Expect a slower divisional affair with limited scoring. Pick: Under 40.5

Bengals vs Jaguars
Cincinnati’s passing attack remains the matchup advantage and can create chunk plays quickly. Jacksonville showed vulnerabilities in coverage against top quarterbacks. The Bengals have the tools to handle a tight spread. Pick: Bengals -3.5

Ravens vs Browns
Both AFC North teams opened with run heavy game plans and a focus on clock control and field position. This projects as a grind-it-out divisional tilt with fewer explosive plays. Pick: Under 45

Bills vs Jets
Buffalo flashed quick strike ability in Week 1 and the Jets also showed they can move the ball in bursts. When both teams trade possessions rapidly the scoreboard heats up. Expect a back-and-forth. Pick: Over 46.5

Panthers vs Cardinals
Carolina’s defense looked competent enough in Week 1 to pressure mistakes from rebuilding offenses. Arizona still has schematic gaps and depth concerns on offense. The points with the road dog are appealing. Pick: Panthers +6.5

Broncos vs Colts
Denver’s defense created disruption and forced mistakes in Week 1 while Indianapolis flashed offensive explosiveness. This is a tight matchup that leans with the team that can slow tempo, and I like Denver to get the narrow edge. Pick: Broncos -1.5

Eagles vs Chiefs
This is a chess match. Philadelphia showed balanced efficiency and clean red zone work in Week 1 while Kansas City keeps sudden scoring upside. Small margins in turnovers and red zone execution decide this game and the edge goes to Philly. Pick: Eagles -1

Vikings vs Falcons
Minnesota came out cleaner in late game execution and efficiency while Atlanta still needs consistent early down success to set up play action. The Vikings have the steadier profile to cover a short spread. Pick: Vikings -3.5

Bucs vs Texans
Tampa Bay’s veteran defense and timely playmakers made the difference in Week 1 while Houston looked out of rhythm on offense. Taking the points with the Bucs is the smarter hedge in a close divisional tilt. Pick: Bucs +2.5

Raiders vs Chargers
Both teams have scoring upside but also early season inconsistencies and defensive question marks that will produce conservative stretches and longer drives. Expect a controlled middle and suppressed scoring bursts. Pick: Under 46.5
