Dolphins -1 vs Panthers

Texans vs Ravens Under 40.5
Yes the under. Baltimore’s injury cloud around its QB and key defenders changes the ceiling on this game. If Lamar Jackson is limited or out the Ravens pivot to clock control and conservative offense, and Houston’s game script turns into grinding drives rather than shootout pace. That is textbook lower-total territory.

Cowboys vs Jets Over 47.5
Both teams can hit explosive plays and neither defense locks teams down consistently. New York’s pass rush creates turnovers and Dallas answers with chunk gains. When two units trade big plays you get possessions that spike scoring. At 47 and a half the over is worth a shot.

Eagles -4 vs Broncos
Philadelphia owns the trenches and time of possession. When they win the line of scrimmage they turn close games into control games and force teams into one score deficits. Back the Eagles to cover four because they generate consistent scoring drives and limit quick flares by opponents.

Roll with Tennessee and the points. The Titans run the ball well enough to shorten games and the Cardinals have been susceptible to teams that can stick to a ground plan and mix in safe passing. If the Titans control possession this stays within a touchdown.

Tampa Bay vs Seahawks Over 45
This one leans over. Seattle and Tampa Bay both have enough big play upside and defensive lapses that lead to quick scores. If either team finds a rhythm early the game opens fast. At 45 the over has clear scoring paths.

Lions -10.5 vs Bengals
Detroit can blow teams out when it commands the line and converts splash plays. Cincinnati has been inconsistent offensively and that gives Detroit a lane to pressure a comeback. Ten and a half is large but the Lions have the firepower to bury teams early and force turnovers. Fade the Bengals.

Chargers vs Commanders Under 48
Both defenses have personnel capable of bending but not breaking. Expect methodical drives rather than a nonstop aerial show. Under 48 is the conservative play here.

Patriots +8.5 at Bills
Take New England plus the points. Buffalo is the class of the division but New England is capable of eating clock and forcing you to actually beat them over four quarters. If you want to grab insurance on a narrow favorite, Patriots plus eight and a half is serviceable.

Jaguars vs Chiefs Over 46
Kansas City clamps when it needs to but their offense can explode and Jacksonville has enough vertical threats to answer. When both teams trade pace you get an above average scoring day. Over 46 is the play.
